Refund Policy

At Island Hoop Group, LLC, we understand that plans may change and aim to provide a fair refund policy for our basketball camp participants.

 

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

 

You must notify us of your cancellation by email at

 

islandhoopgroup@gmail.com.

 

The cancellation request must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the camp session.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the session start time, or for no-shows.

 

All refund requests must include the participant’s name, the date(s) of the camp session(s) being canceled, and proof of registration.

 

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our discretion for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, facility closures).
